This is a lot more to getting healthy than looking fit which tends to be the goal most desire. If you can afford, heck you must afford it. You see, a personal trainer can cut the time it takes you to reach your goal into just a fraction of the time it would take you without one. To be honest, the stats tell us that the failure rate of those starting a fitness/health regimen is practically 99%. Yep. Those working with a trainer improve their odds of success tremendously. I juice to be certain that I am getting the nutrition that I need in a way that my body can use it. Now, I don’t just remove juice from produce, but I use a special blender that I can just through the whole thing in and it delivers a smoothie with peels and all. This way, I don’t lose out on any nutrients since most are on the outer edges or peels. Personally, I had to ask myself, “Is the Omniblend the best smoothie blender?” And after using it, nothing compares to it. I am not selling a machine here. I am talking about getting the most out of my produce. Not losing the nutrients by having to throw out so much. And having it so easy to prep and use. Because the prep and clean up is the biggest deterrent to actually juicing.
When I started juicing it wasn’t hard for me. So, I took up the challenge to lose weight with it since it was easy for me. For me, this was the very Fastest way to Lose Weight. I know it isn’t for everyone, but I dropped 25 pounds (about 12 kilos) in 30 days. I did work out moderately, but not heavily. I do not recommend this for most people. There are other ways and it really depends on your body and your mindset.
